IZON® premium dental Zirconia for CAD/CAM milling is manufactured using nano-particle, yttria-stabilised zirconium dioxide from TOSOH, Japan. The manufacturing process involves isostatic pressing and pre-sintering of the raw material to produce yttria tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (Y-TZP) in block form. The result is a biocompatible, ultimately very strong and highly aesthetic zirconia for the demands of today’s dental technicians, dentists and patients.
